I actually haven't played many of the Halo games, might give some of them a try. I played the first 2 a lot but not many after that.
I'm still playing The Outer Worlds on highest difficulty, traveling alone because my followers are bullet magnets. It feels like an uphill battle where I gain a little more ground after so many tries. It really makes it a better game.

Finally finished Dishonored 2 Death of the Outsider now I am all caught up. Solid game. I like how all of the games keep changing the powers around it keeps it fresh.
In the game you can get contracts and stupid me I didn't realize you could mark them on your map. Instead I was just finding them bases off the description.
Also there is one contract where you have to use the Fibonacci sequence but you have to pick 6 additional numbers. I tried every variation I could think and it didn't work. Finally I googled the answer and OMG I was so mad, it was dead simple and I kept trying to make it complicated. It was one of those thing so obvious I didn't think about it.

The whole Dishonored series is on sale if you haven't tried it. Same basic gameplay as Thief. Great single player games they are all really good.

I finally bought "Use Your Words" on Steam the other day. I'd wanted to buy it a while ago but just never got around to it. Good thing I didn't. It was €15 but now in the sales it was just €3.75 and I had some funds in my wallet from selling those stupid cards, which meant it actually only cost me slightly less than €1... I've been playing that every night with the wife and kids for the past 3 days for a total of 9 hours already, lol. Good investment.

I want to buy one of these games on Steam:
Jedi Fallen Order Red Dead Redemption 2
Can't decide which. I think I'll get more replayability out of RDR2 but I've heard that Star Wars game is awesome too.

I've only heard good things about RDR2 and, yeah, they say it has tons of content. Edit: I've heard that Jedi Fallen Order is low on content. I get that that's implied in your recommendation of RDR2. It's worth pointing out though because some people (myself included) feel gyp'd when they spend full price on short games (even the awesome, short but sweet games).

Yeah, I'm leaning mostly towards RDR2, I think Jedi Fallen Order is a game to get when it's cheap.
That Binging with Babish guy actually made the bear stew from RDR2:

I finished Dishonored 1 main story without killing anyone or being detected the entire game. Last time I played it I went for high chaos and it completely changes the layout of things on the last level. I didn't realize it had that much impact.
Was curious how many people did this and looked at the Steam achievements. I never noticed how bad achievements are laid out and don't have a lot of sorting abilities so I had to scroll a lo.
Turns out only 3.6% of people did a full ghost playthrough. I also collected all the paintings and even less people did that.
The 2nd to last missions is the longest in the game and divided into like 5 loading zones its so huge. There are 3 paintings on the 2nd to last mission spread across these loading zones. I didn't want to back track and miss so I looked everywhere and had 2/3 of the paintings picked up. Turns out the last painting was literally like 5-10 minutes from the end of the mission out in plain view not hidden at all so I spent a ton of time searching for nothing.
Also got every bone charm and rune but I don't think there is an achievement for that oddly enough.

Finished the last DLC without alerting anyone, only 1.7% of people who own the game have done that Thats crazy.

I played through Dishonored 1 a few times through, great game. Never got the DLC, it's funny, right now (on sale) the base game costs $3 but the DLC expansion costs $7 but I might still buy it. Dishonored 2 is also really good, at the beginning it gives you a choice of who to play as. I never finished it but planning on getting back to it sometime.
I'm still playing The Outer Worlds on highest difficulty, found a shotgun that does a lot of damage. Just been obliterating everything in my path with it. Even those "Mega" monsters on Monarch ain't sh*t anymore, I run right up to them and shoot in the face point blank while using time dilation. They can't do anything because the shotgun has a knockdown effect that keeps them on the ground.
I bought Far Cry 5 on sale, not bad but the map is HUGE and there is a lot of traveling to do. It is a very good looking game with lots of scenery though.

It is a very good looking game with lots of scenery though. Far Cry 5 is one of those games I was super hyped for then forgot about. There was a minor controversy about it being "anti-conservative and anti-white" in some corners but it blew over quick and never made the news IIRC. The Dishonored 1 DLC sets up the story for Dishonored 2 and introduces some gameplay elements from Dishonored 2. Its funny but I thought I had finished all the DLC years ago, then I realized I did the first DLC Knife of Dunwall and got bored so I switched to the 2nd DLC Brigmore Witches but never went back and finished the first one. They are both good but I liked the Brigmore Witches a lot more. Unlike a lot of games the DLC is really high quality and feels like the main game. I have been playing the games Ghost mode which takes a bit of time, I had a guy join my Twitch stream and say "sorry I can't handle watching this you are moving to slow, you should just kill those dudes and move on" lol. I also had another person say that they couldn't finish 1 because its too hard. I dunno, blink/far reach are the most overpower abilities in gaming. I'm playing on Very Hard and as long as you stay in cover and use Dark Vision its easy to get around. The no powers mode, that seems difficult.

I don't know if anyone is planning on playing Dishonored 2 but if you do might wanna look into Bonecharm crafting, I skipped it my first playthrough.
It takes a ton of runes to get up and going and you need Bonecharms to sacrifice. I didn't know this but you can make the powers stack.
So there is a Bonecharm that makes it so you "move slightly faster stealthed" and one that makes you "move slightly faster holding a body"
You can make runes that have each of these powers multiple times. So I made a bonecharm that makes you move faster stealthed 4x.
In practice this makes you run along the floor like 100 miles an hour. Its really ridiculous

Finished Dishonored 2 with the Shadow achievement for never being seen. The bonecharms are random in the game, my fav bonecharm for low chaos is the one that makes it so you choke people out faster. I didn't get it till like 30 minutes before the end of the game. Really annoying.
Started a New Game Plus to go high chaos and it gave me 65 runes to play with. You have so much shit to kill people with that it becomes a very easy game even on the hardest difficulty.
There is no point in killing everyone in a level because there is no achievement in doing it.

Funny I just uninstalled Dishonered 2 to free up HD space - played a little bit but didn't like it at all. I've kinda been playing Life Is Strange 2 in dibs and dabs as long as I can go before it puts me to sleep (no joke, I almost fell asleep playing this game more than once!) LiS 2 definitely feels like much less actual gameplay than the original and it's mainly been dialog going into the 2nd season but I'm kinda a sucker for these slightly interactive movies (better to play on a large screen) since I've played LiS 1 and now 2, Detroit Become Human (probably the best one I've played to date), Beyond 2 Souls, Until Dawn... Kinda got into Geometry Wars 3, some levels and trying to beat scores of people on your friends list can be quite fun and addicting on the large screen.
Of course, there's a new Supercross game due out next month so I'll be probably playing the shit out of it but for now, my racing game of choice is still MXGP 2019.
Just recently beat HellBlade Senua's Sacrifice and really enjoyed it! Great atmosphere (kind of Alan Wake'ish) with some hack and slash. I never really was a hack and slasher but this game was kind of fun and because of it I'm looking into a hack and slasher like Sekiro or Dark Souls for some hack and slash fun....
Played a little of the new Gothic Playable Teaser since it's been awhile since I've played a good RPG and it looks promising, will play more of it tonight.
Sekiro, Dark Souls, Jedi Fallen Order, or Control is the question for now....
Wish you could get a deep discount on games that you've already purchased on other platforms, I might be willing to play Detroit Become Human again...

I like Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice. Kinda reminds me of Tomb Raider with schizophrenia. Scary atmosphere at times, definitely like Alan Wake too.
I started another playthrough of The Outer Worlds, something happened with the Xbox app and it wouldn't apply an update, so to get around it I had to cancel the update which somehow uninstalled the game. Reinstalled, but now it's at the original version and still won't update, so save won't load. On this playthrough I am killing every single character that I encounter, which seems to be allowed. No characters seem to be essential. I wiped out all of Edgewater (which included Parvati and Max), it's a ghost town now and the main quest still advanced. I got kind of a sick feeling from gunning and cutting everyone down, but I'm still pressing on. Right away I have some awesome weapons and armor, which I didn't have stuff this good early on in my last game.

I got Divinity Original Sin 2 back in like December of 2017, put some hours into it and took a break at the end of Act 1 to go back to PUBG.
Was going to finally get back into it but since then the definitive edition has come out. Savegames aren't compatible.
No biggie. After 2 years I honestly don't even remember most of the story. Started it back over.
One of the most dense video games I have played. You walk 20 feet in any direction and you get a new quest. There is so much shit to do and see it is overwhelming.
I have already run into a ton of stuff I didn't see before in the same area.
Good game, like Baldurs Gate mixed with Xcom with a modern UI. I HATE inventory management in most western RPGs but DOS2 does it really well.

This morning I finished the Metroidvania game I bought for the PS Vita a while back. Exile's End. All in all pretty decent. Not as deep as Symphony of the Night, but maybe that's for the best. Not too many different enemies and easy enough, that is until the final stretch throws a very annoying boss and an even more annoying 'escape the rising lava' bit at you that's made 10 times worse by floaty enemies that are designed to knock you off platforms. Frustrating...

Fixed The Outer Worlds, what I did was uninstall it from Xbox app but it wouldn't reinstall. Then I found a post on Obidian's forums that said to install it from the Windows Store by going to downloads/updates. Finally downloaded correctly and patched to the latest version. I'm now exterminating everyone on the Groundbreaker.
Also downloading Plague Tale: Innocence, it's free on XGP right now. Heard this one is also really good.

Made it really far into Divinity Original Sin 2 now. Not sure how close I am to the end but I feel like I am getting close.
I can see why they were given the go ahead to make Baldur's Gate 3. It really is a great game. That said I hate the inventory system. I have always hated the inventory system in most CRPGs. Call me a casual scrub or whatever but that is one thing JRPGs do better then western.
Dragon Age 2/Inquisition also did a good job with this. I completely forgot about the inventory. Sadly in DOS2 all four of your companions have separate inventories and you end up having to drag stuff around. It gets super old after a while.
The inventory system is why I will never go back and finish Baldur's Gate 2. I just can't stomach it .

So Divinity OS2 is so good I was debating playing it through again. I played as a Necromancer which is a wizard that does physical damage. I lucked out in that it is quite powerful.
Anyway I was debating going full elemental damage and I saw the guides all recommend wands to dual wield.
I had no idea you could dual wield wands. I didn't even think about it. You get the stat bonuses from both wands when you dual wield. I just sunk 70 hours into the game and I had no idea. Fuck.

I started playing another indie game on my Vita after having played through Exile's End a second time. It's called Deadbolt and it's made by the people that did Risk of Rain, which might be the indie game I've put the most time in ever. Anyway, Deadbolt is basically a side-view version of Hotline Miami. Make your way through a building, killing everyone in sight, 1-hit kill. Pretty hard but so far not annoying... ...except for one little thing, and by little I mean tiny and by tiny I mean the graphics. I'm not kidding, the text is so tiny I can only just make it out, if I make an effort.
It's hard to show since I don't know how you'll be watching this, but on a computer monitor, put it in miniplayer, I guess, and if you're on a phone, that's probably about the size of the Vita, probably bigger at this point. I also feel it doesn't even use the entire screen on the Vita.

I've been meaning to play GTA5 for years and years so getting into it. Trying to make a point of streaming it after work.
I have a savegame but only like 45 minutes into it. I've thought about RDR2 but I have enough shit on my backlog, like Bioshock 2 Minerva's Den which is supposedly the best Bioshock ever made. I have it just sitting on my disk and has been forever
