Of course they're trying to hide the truth (excess/increasing mortality of the vaccinated across the board in all countries with high vaccination rates). If they acknowledge the excess deaths, people would soon realize their culpability for pushing the experimental vaccines so hard (even discriminating against and firing people for refusing to vax).

I'm going on a road trip for Thanksgiving so I decided to get the bivalent COVID vax today. I just got over COVID in July so might not have needed it but I figure it might help. I caught COVID about a couple of months before it became worldwide news (pre-lockdowns, pre-vaccine) and was sick for 3+ weeks. 2-3 days were really bad. So yeah, the early strains of COVID were much worse like they say. I got vax'd twice (perhaps close to 2 years after recovering from COVID and having some degree of natural immunity already, to the deadlier early strain), because my employer required it. I think when you've been vax'd a couple of times already, you can be pretty sure a 3rd shot won't kill you. The reports of excess deaths are still alarming though. It should be investigated in much more depth, but I understand why it's not (to avoid lawsuits). Such a thing would make big pharma more hesitant about investing and R&D for new vaccines. At the end of the day, follow the Japanese model (i.e. make vaccines strictly voluntary and don't stigmatize the ppl who don't vax).

My old roommate was fucked up bad from COVID back in Jan 2021. When I caught COVID in July wasn't nearly that bad, worst of it was two days. The fatigue did suck after that. My first bike ride back after 11 days of testing positive I was pretty exhausted I didn't realize how bad till I looked back on it.
Today my arm is sore and I am kinda out of it, there is a bike ride tonight I was going to go on but its only 43f here plus the vaccine weakness I don't think it would be a good idea.
So now my vaccine card is 3x Moderna 1x Pfizer...if we will ever need to use them again....

I'm not anti-vax. I just think the Covid vax approval process and rollout was mishandled.. and Trump is partly to blame! Remember, he fully supported Operation Warp Speed and the Cares Act.
Vaccine proponents think the vax should be mandatory and it's the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Vaccine detractors call it the "clot shot," on account of if it's accidentally injected intravenously, it can cause heart problems (tachycardia to heart failure) especially in young men (if you're genetically predisposed - your cells have the right antigen markers to trigger clotting when the blood comes into contact with the spike protein, or something along those lines). Albeit, if nurses were trained and required to give the injections properly (into muscle only), these cases would be much rarer. That's why I didn't go to a pharmacy to get my shots. Instead, I went to a clinic where they specialize in administering shots and that's pretty much all they do, and thus more likely to do the job correctly.
I think it was likely rushed out (skipping routine 5+ years clinical trials) because of the armies of big pharma lobbyists (convincing politicians and media for broad support) and the huge profits involved. That's my main gripe about how the vaccines were handled.
Of course, there's lots of gray area in this discussion. The vax no doubt saved lives (no telling how many, since the majority of healthy ppl survive even without the vax). But there's still the issue of it being an experimental technology, skipping long-term clinical trials/studies, and excess deaths on the rise globally. I understand the ask for some accountability.

Lock downs don't work, period. Rest assured, they'll do them here again when they decide small business has regained too much market share and/or they're ready to siphon wealth off the middle-class taxpayer (what's left of it) to the elite. They'll do the mandatory vaccines and vaccine passports again too, when big pharma needs another multi-billion boost to their profits. Speaking of.. I just came down with a bad cold over the Thanksgiving weekend, despite having been vaccinated for everything.

www.wsj.com/articles/china-clamps-down-on-protesters-against-zero-covid-policies-11669647813?mod=breakingnewsSee, this is the problem with Communism. Power is super concentrated (in the hands of a few or one), which is actually far worse than our Capitalist/Progressive Republic could ever be. Under Xi Jinping’s rule (one-party China recently made him supreme leader for life), they now have a Dictatorship. There's just one authoritarian voice for a whole ga-damn nation and nobody else matters (they might as well be NPCs). The Peking University students summed up the situation perfectly (see quote bolded above), but they're being cracked down on and silenced. Xi, the one voice for the whole country, is out of touch - he doesn't understand ordinary people or what society needs to function properly. Lock-downs are good for two things.. 1. Government exerting power & control over the people. 2. Shutting down small businesses, so the govt can swoop in and liquidate their assets and so the elites can absorb their market share.

I guess you could say that Covid is a example of "what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger." The data he's reporting suggests that unvaccinated people who survived their first Covid infection probably acquired better long-term (natural) immunity (compared to people who were vaccinated prior to their Covid infection). i.e. the unvaccinated took on higher risk of death during their first Covid infection, but then they have a somewhat higher survivability rate (to Covid) during subsequent (2nd, 3rd, 4th) infections (compared to vaccinated ppl who didn't acquire natural immunity). 95% sure (because of the symptoms and duration) I got infected with Covid about a couple of years before the vaccines. Also, that's why I stopped at the two required vax doses (required by my employer) and didn't get boosted. Natural immunity should count as a booster (or better than).

Also, vaccines temporarily weaken the immune system, so if you get sick immediately after getting vax'd, your chances of death could be slightly higher. So it's probably a good idea to self-quarantine for a few days or so after getting vax'd.

A population of pussies get what they deserve. Their "leader" is just one man, the people can overtake him in minutes if they wanted to.. One man who controls a huge army of paid soldiers. Good paying jobs are hard to find there, especially with the lockdowns (if you're not working for govt or their military). Point being, their military (the only ppl allowed to carry guns) are loyal to Xi. In their country, you'd go to prison or get the death sentence for carrying a gun. Government has all the guns and the people have none. That's been their doctrine since Mao and foundation of their communist govt. www.azquotes.com/author/16154-Mao_Zedong/tag/gunOf course, the left in our country only wants to ban guns to save lives. Never mind that far more people are dying from drugs (make that shit legal). Gun control has nothing to do with giving govt more power & leverage over the people, enabling them to enforce mandatory lockdowns or whatever other authoritarian policies they might choose in the future.

They fought a bloody civil war in China before the Communists took over. imo, the people who wanted free govt goodies (promised by Communism) outnumbered the working class. So the majority threw their lot in with the Communists, thinking they'd get free govt gimmies. Instead, they ended up with no free shit and no freedom.

Well, it's been a couple of generations since then and they are protesting in large numbers across dozens of cities. imo, there's not much they can do to overthrow Xi's regime without guns though, which is why you never let them take away gun rights.

If our government's Psyops divisions determine that a large enough % of Chinese people want regime change, they'll probably have us fighting for them. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Biden, before his presidency is over, has us committed to a war with China (especially if/when they take hostile military actions against Taiwan).

Life before Communism in China was nothing like modern western society it was an absolute hellhole and just about anything would be a massive improvement over it, they weren't just looking for "free government goodies" they wanted to a completely different way of life. medium.com/@mattflorence/china-before-and-after-the-communist-revolution-f4aca7504641Wikipedia is far more clinical in its description: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Land_Reform_Movement_(China)If I had to be a poor in China I would rather do it under the CCP then precommunist China.

Life sucked in the early US too, life on the frontier & wild west. But this also gradually transitioned to its modern era and vastly improved standard of living. Life improved over much of the world, but it had absolutely nada to do with the rise of the CCP. Actually, it was thanks to the fossil-fuel gulping industrial era and many advances in technology brought into existence by profit seeking individuals in Capitalist-leaning societies. I'm fairly certain that the CCP didn't start the industrial revolution. lol

What's interesting about that is the same thing is repeating in the US, except that it's a liberal billionaire (Bill Gates) buying up every acre of farmland he can in the US. Jimmy Dore covered the story in one of his videos. Capitalism is about promoting competition. When you allow one man or his company (like Gates) to monopolize an entire industry, there's no competition and you end up with an Oligarchy replacing whatever system you think you have. Reminds me of the "we're losing our Democracy" lady. What makes her so sure it wasn't already lost a while ago? Although, that's based on false premise at the start since our country was never a true Democracy (where the popular vote directly decides elections). If it were a true Democracy, that would've resulted in very difficult policy outcomes (because majority always rules in a true Democracy). For example, gay marriages never having been made legal. So thank your lucky stars for our Republic with its representative Democracy and the electoral system, which gives minorities somewhat of a sway in politics. Gay marriage ain't happening under Communism either. Nobody, including minorities, has a say under authoritarian style govt.
