Thats is very sad and unfortunately racist attitudes persist everywhere, also I think it is some kind of universal constant that members of the military are more conservative in social views in every single country but I could be wrong about that. |

Germany is considered a very liberal Western country these days but the police there just busted a plot to overthrown the government. Of course it has former military and police as military and police seem to be attracted to far right extremism in every country. Even tho they are German they believe in QAnon lol. Does anyone even watch mainstream media anymore? Well I guess close minded simpletons who would believe anything that anybody would tell them would... I usually only watch Tucker when he interviews Tulsi Gabbard or when he's being interviewed on a YT channel (Redacted had him on the other day). I haven't heard him make any statements about liking Trump. I don't like many of the things Trump says and does. However, I'll take a dove for president anyday over a warmonger hawk. Not just the needless bloodshed (because nothing good happens.. what happens is a string of losses and mega profits for the US weapons industry).. also, the US can't afford to throw trillions of taxpayer $'s into forever wars much longer and not expect our economy to eventually collapse and, with it, cherished govt programs like Medicare and Social Security. |

Once upon a time perhaps, it started out with that intent. imo, in current times, it's just greed and the govt & military-industrial complex in bed together, the revolving door, and you scratch my back I'll scratch yours (money for political favors and/or military contractors hiring former govt officials w/ very lucrative compensation). If it were about keeping the economy strong, they wouldn't have allowed outsourcing of our manufacturing base to China. They couldn't do that (sell their souls to the CCP) with military contractors/weapons mfg's for national security reasons, so it's obvious why those are still here. |

Trump already said only guilty people plead the 5th.

Somehow people in rural areas in the US, especially men without a college degree view Trump as some sort of hero who is looking out for them. Someone interviewed a Trump supporter and he said "society says you have to have a college degree or you are an idiot, Trump doesn't think that" However Trump went to the Wharton School of Business, that isn't just a regular college it is an Ivy League college. It doesn't get much more elitist and "look down your nose" unless you go to Harvard I guess.
