Can't complain. About the worst thing in my life right now is the fact I can't drink carbonated drinks without getting intestinal discomfort. Oh right, and I still need to go to work. That's about the only thing I'd wanna change: Keep the same living standard without having to work 40 hours a week...

Oh not cool. Not even Seltzer Water? I could probably give up the horrible diet sodas that I drink but not the seltzer, it's refreshing as fuck! As for work, I hear ya. I actually started a new job back in September as a Web Developer. Did this crazy rigorous three month coding bootcamp during the summer and got a nice gig shortly after. I DO NOT miss the world of retail.

I DO NOT miss the world of retail. Who did you go through for your bootcamp? I have thought about getting back into coding. I actually majored in Computer Science for 2 years, realized I didn't really like coding much and now I work in IT Since my job pays for education I have thought about trying one of those bootcamps for a different perspective. |

I actually majored in Computer Science for 2 years, realized I didn't really like coding much and now I work in IT Since my job pays for education I have thought about trying one of those bootcamps for a different perspective. I went with The Iron Yard. They have campuses all across the US, mostly in the south east and I believe one school in London. It's quite an amazing experience honestly. Overwhelming at times and stressful but SO worth it once you've completed it. Four people from my retail job went through the program with success and I gave it a shot, I had success and soon after I graduated a kid I encouraged to go into the program graduated, he got a job about 2 weeks later. |

This forum will actually let you host as many custom smileys as you want. Question is do I wanna take the time to dig through an archive of SCMB and try and hunt down every single old smiley and then try do all the work of formatting them all.
