Bought 3 of them years back in a Steam sale. Only played the first... I played the shit out of Serious Sam 2 even though it got meh reviews. I liked it a lot. used to do it coop with roommate. I'm really rusty. Played a bit of the HD remaster of part 1 and man. Serious difficulty is pwning me. Will prolly do part 3 on twitch sometime this weekend |

Wasn't even because I didn't like it or anything. I completed the first but then felt like playing something else. I had every intention of going back to the second eventually, it just never happened.
To be honest though, the first was often frustratingly difficult, requiring a lot of quick-loading. First time I ever played it, way back in the day when it first came out, I even gave up halfway through. Tried and retried a level so many times I just said: fuck this shit, it's impossible. It was a level with a canyon that got overrun by bulls. I think I only made it through that the second time around because I started the game at a lower difficulty.
