I see vestiges of scmb still live. I am retired now and actually get paid as much as when I was working. Actually more since my expenses dropped. Getting paid to take up space and breathe is a pretty sweet gig. Also since I have a military retirement I get my health insurance for a whole $47.00 a month now. Life is good.

Sup old timer. Retirement sounds sweet. My dad retired early last year and was given a severance package of 2 weeks paid time for every year he worked there. Worked there for 31 years so he's pretty happy now. Says he loves retirement.

Its great getting paid for taking up space and breathing and getting paid more than when I was actually working. Yes I am alive and well. Paying a $141.00 every three months for Health insurance is terrible. Emergency Room Copay is a whole $30.00. Ride the Ambulance is a whole $20.00, Hospital stay is a whole $11.00 a day. Usually they just charge you the minimum fee of $25.00. House was paid off before I retired. Every Day is a weekend...lol. I don't even know what day of the week it is now....lol. The hardest thing I do is go to the mailbox and grab the mail everyday. Next week I start back to the gym to get myself back on better shape. The new Gym I can see from my house...lol. I have one of those 10 year 100,000 mile warranties on my vehicle. Guess they will be fixing that till 2022 lol. A Tank of Gas lasts me almost a month now.
