Sup!
I still live in Phoenix, AZ. Married for 9 yrs with 2 kids. We want to GTFO of this desert hell hole and move to the east coast . Goal is to get a decent 3-4 BR house on .5+ acre for 300K or less. We're looking at states like NC, TN, WV so far. Where should we go? Do you live there? Can we be neighbors?

Pittsburgh has a very low cost of living, as a former Arizona resident yeah phx is pretty extreme.

I remember reading about the slowest-growing states in the US and West Virginia was very high up on that list. IMO that's where I'd move, but I'd also consider North Carolina as well. Seth's Bike Hacks guy lives there and has his own bike park.

It used to be back in the 1960s it would snow here and the snow would stick till spring break, with global warming that isn't the case anymore. I have been here 5 years and it rarely snows and when it does it doesn't stick more then a day or two.
