On the topic of EvilCorps, I commented on another YT YAHOO article (which, the article itself, is actually on the topic of how evil employers can be), supporting someone who criticized how tyrannical Walmart often is w/ employee scheduling (I worked there in the early 90's), and i got shadow-banned (for lack of a better description) from commenting on the article. www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/15-people-snapped-photos-most-180438105.htmlHere's how this form of shadow-ban works.. Subsequent replies (in my email inbox) now redirect to totally different, unrelated article when i click the email link. i.e. they redirect to this article (below) instead (rather than the one, above, pertaining to our comments).. thus, obfuscating my access to the line of comments and detering me from commenting further. www.yahoo.com/news/im-american-mom-living-uk-084402869.htmlReading between the lines, it appears they don't want you criticizing Megacorps like Walmart, but criticizing smaller employers, like sole Proprietorships, is just fine & dandy. This is consistent with Covid lockdowns shutting down the little guys, like a salon, barber shop, restaurant (where very few people gather) while allowing a retail giant like Walmart to remain open (where large crowds gather, to facilitate rapid superspreading of the "deadly" pandemic).

Was remembering a thread talking about browsers, but just wanted to mention been using Brave browser on and off and I think it's great. Seems to block every ad and whatnot right out of the box, didn't have to install any additional add-ons/extensions.
One thing I did read about is that it's a good idea to go into the settings and disable anything to do with crypto.

I understand that many organizations think Google's Chrome is the best thing since sliced bread, but I don't trust them.

Google has always given Firefox a lot of money and been Firefox #1 source of income. They are an independent company

Google's afraid of the government bringing more antitrust lawsuits against them, so they see paying off their competitors (albeit legally, through a business agreement) as their best option.
