Why hello thar!
I am looking for a new game to play. Doesn't have to be "new", just new to me. Specifications: some sort of leveling of a character, co-op, option to play w/o pvp, actually fun, actually NOT pay to win, preferably not a FPS.
Suggestions?

Kingdom Come: Deliverance - really enjoyed this RPG (still not quite done with it) reminds me of an older Elder Scrolls game but without magic. It takes place in 1403, very immersive too. There is no character creation, you just play a character named Henry of Skalitz who is actually modeled after his voice actor.
Not a perfect game and has a learning curve, I'd give it an 8/10 at best to be honest. Still really enjoyed it and still am, also find the combat pretty fun, although a little clunky when fighting more than 3-4 enemies. Have to block, dodge or riposte (counter) too. One thing, it's in first person view and there is no third person option but there might be a mod.
*edit* - I think they're working on a port for the Nintendo Switch too.
*edit* - Also started playing that Guardians of the Galaxy game from last year, I think it's pretty good but still a very new game. It has a lot of just sitting around and watching, but the story so far is great and also has a lot of humor.
Elden Ring is supposedly the best game ever, haven't played that one yet though.
One game I've been interested in is Lost Ark, it's free to play.

I've heard that it's a Dark Souls clone, except easier.

Elden Ring is supposedly the best game ever, haven't played that one yet though. Its crazy viral a ton of my Steam friends playing it. I think I will wait till it is on sale. I remember when like 50 of my Steam friends were playing The Division and then like one week later nobody was.

I've been told it's Dark Souls, but open-world and with RPG mechanics that are more easily accessed.

I don't think Horizon has been mentioned, but those are good. 3rd person action/adventure/rpg type game with robot animals and dinosaurs.
Horizon Zero Dawn goes on sale a lot, I think I picked up for $20 on GMG a while back. Really good game, planning on getting back to it soon.
*edit* RDR 2 is also a great game.
