That's one of those farts you need to wipe after... I don't like to clean it right away but let it solidify for a few days and harden up so that when you peel it off like a scab, you peel off a few layers of skin in the process for that extra cinematic effect!  |

The French can just call him "Putain", which they probably already did just pronouncing his name the way it's written. It's literally translated as 'whore', but it's generally used as an insult in the same way as 'asshole' or 'motherfucker'.
