It belongs to Robert Craighead, and he played the relentless Detective Skarsgaard in Future Man.
I'm replaying Tomb Raider, and while he's a good villain I'm always reminded when he speaks of the funny way he'd refer to his dead partner's wife who was left pregnant, "he left a widow, belly swollen with child". They reused that line as it was delivered so comedically that now I can't help but to listen to the Tomb Raider villains voice to say something equally funny.
He gets introduced at the 2:03 mark, and I cued that up.

One of the best lines in Future Man is when Wolf is asked what he knows about cooking: "Remove the hair, eat the meat..."

I liked Future Man, doesn't seem like they're gonna make anymore though.

But the story came full circle, didn't it? I mean, you can keep going with time travel nonsense, but I seem to remember it didn't end on a cliffhanger (or did it?)

I'd like to see get made the videogame that started things. If they reboot the series then have the actress that plays Tiger, Eliza Coupe, turn out to be her ancestor (swollen with child) in one time line, and Josh is destined to father her child who eventually gets us to having Tiger. Now he needs to get 'er done before that time line collapses. Hijinks ensue, and there are Happy Endings. www.imdb.com/title/tt1587678/
