Picked up a 6TB External drive from Staples last night to shuck it for a internal drive and didn't notice till this morning that the seal was broken and that it was a used/returned drive. Loaded up Crystal Disk Info and it says that it has been powered on 29 times with a total 65 hours of use. Not too happy about paying full price for a drive with 65 hours of use. Then I was like...why not run a file recovery program on it to see if there's anything of interest on is....hehe. Should I wait the 9 hours for Recuva to do its deep scan? It's already found 53 files in just a few minutes in, lol. What could be on it....home made pr0n, top secret documents, bank account info, evidence to crack the case, maybe nothing of interest, but who knows....lol. Time is of the essence and I was planning on returning it to pick up a 12TB drive from Best Buy to have a little more space. So should I tie up my day to see what was left on this drive? Or have we seen it all already, we've already reached the end of the internet and there's nothing left to see.

I didn't have time to bother with it even though it would of been interesting to see what was hidden on it but I returned it to get a 12Tb drive from Best Buy. Since my oldest drive in use has been kicking it for 13 years now, I wanted something that would last longer anyway.
