A really fun slasher movie, after the violence started happening I realized that I've been missing the random acts of violence from movies lately and it was nice to get back to feeling shocked with people just suddenly start dropping like flies. There was a great conversation early on about how everyone was afraid of Michael Meyers even though he only killed a few people, when there has been far more shocking things happening in the real world. Probably alluding to school shootings. It was exactly how I expected this movie to be, and I enjoyed it.
