It said it happened during a routine surgery. Apparently just one of those things, I'd hate to be in charge of procedures regarding celebrities, it seems like those people would be scrutinized big time when something goes wrong.

They always tell you before you go under the knife that there is chance that this could be it.....even when I had my nasal surgery recently. That is why I tell the Doctor everything that one little detail about problems you have been having lately could kill you if the Doc doesn't know about it.
