Wait, it sounds like they're saying that weeding out child sex offenders has a disproportionate impact on LBGT persons.. So, in other words, they're saying that there's a high colleration between being LGBT and being a child sex offender. huh, learn something new every day.

Oh, I see ForReal's link. It was satire. Well, Circle K was officially sued for discrimination (against disabled people and women w/ pregancies) a couple of years back, so they do suck. www.eeoc.gov/circle-k-settlement

I left that comment up to be hyperbolic for comedy sake & run with the satire.

yeah, I caught that before you replied. I left that comment up to be hyperbolic for comedy sake & run with the satire. Hard to tell online. I know some right wing people say that Snopes has "liberal bias" and are not interested in anything Snopes says. Snopes is one of the few old Web 1.0 pages I still read. www.quora.com/Do-you-believe-Snopes-has-a-blatant-liberal-agenda

One of the more compelling Egyptian Heiroglyphs. For anyone not in the know, these heiroglyphs are real. The best debunking explanation they've got is that the heiroglyphs were re-carved over in different eras and, by mere happenstance, appear to resemble modern tech. www.ancient-origins.net/artifacts-ancient-writings/abydos-carvings-0080The science-based explanations aren't limited to 1) this tech existing back then (made by some ancient, advanced, Atlantian human civilizations, or aliens), 2) that it's unlikely coincidence someone imaged it so long ago, or 3) the above explanation (I'd question why they recarved over it to make it look like something they've never seen and risk that that's acceptable to their Pharaoh/god-king). An alternate, although also unlikely theory.. if the human brain is a type of quantum computer (some scientists and doctors theorize it is), it could possibly in rare individuals possess the capability of quantum tunneling through extra dimensions (including time dimensions), which, in turn, allow these rare individuals to have glimpes into the future. For comparison, it's akin to the distance viewing (paranormal psych) experiments our govt conducted during early Cold War era (with the intent being, trying to find locations of Soviet nukes), except with a time component as well.

The same thing almost happened to the main actors in ST: TOS. Leonard Nimoy sued Paramount for using the ST actors' likenesses, winning them a small cut of the merchandising profits. Also, he insisted they hire back other ST: TOS actors to star in the movies alongside him, else he'd turn down the role in the movies. I watched an interview with William Shatner many years ago and he said he was living out of a trailer until Nimoy sued them (and won). screenrant.com/star-trek-leonard-nimoy-behind-scenes-facts/#:~:text=Spock%20told%20many%20jokes%20in%20Star%20Trek%2C%20but,in%20making%20the%20first%20movie%20of%20the%20franchise.
