I stopped watching PUBG videos months ago and I only play it rarely when they release a big patch. This was crazy tho. Shows how much RNG effects the game

The new tool album leaked, I got it lossless yesterday night. Listened too it all the way through didn't skip anything. They totally did away with all pop hooks and it feels like a jam record. Its ok. I'm wishing they would have done something crazy like a country record just to fuck with their fans.

I've heard only that one song they released it's not bad. It's just Tool, that's the only way to describe it.

Never been the rabid foaming at the mouth type of fan like the band seems to attract. Like Keenan could record himself taking a shit and some of his fans would declare it had all these deeper meanings and symbols.

I used to listen to Tool a lot when I was younger, probably from age 16 to my early 20's. I never really lost interest in them though, just had heard all of their music a lot already. I will listen to the rest when it comes out, I'm sure it will grow on me. Tool was always good, just that it's been so long since they released anything new.
Another band I like a lot is Deftones, they are supposed to have a new album some time this year. Their last one (Gore) was very different and noticeably softer, I didn't like it all that much at first but it grew on me. Xenon was probably my favorite song from it.

I have been keeping tabs on these "Moorish" Sov Cits and I kept feeling like I've seen this before:
Then I finally remembered where, was like 25 years ago so you will have to forgive me for not remembering right away lol:

I dunno why this came up on my Youtube recommends but was an interesting perspective The confirmation bias is strong with this one. Obviously, he fell in love with Japanese culture at a young age and now it's next to impossible to sway his opinion on the topic. What gives it away is that at one point he admitted he was turned away by three different Japanese landlords, he tip-toes around it and continues to gush praise for all things Japanese.

I've read a lot of Japanese landlords won't rent to foreigners because people will rent a place, trash it, then skip the country so it would be nearly impossible for the landlord to recoup.

They don't use that excuse here. I'm not buying it anyway because I've heard that they have restaurants and other establishments they won't allow foreigners to enter... only Japanese ppl are permitted. Regardless, it's BS. They can do like landlords do here in the U.S. Require a security deposit that's only reimbursed if the tenant leaves the place like they found it.

So before this summer I never even heard of these Moorish Sovereign Citizens. This one decided to skip bail and had a warrant issued. She still kept listing where she was going to be on her website and was arrested while streaming live on Facebook sadly in front of one or more of her kids:

For some reason, whenever I watch the sovereign citizens videos, I'm reminded of this scene in "There's Something About Mary."
idk. Probably because it's about the same level of crazy.

The Moor sov cits are an interesting group. There is a mainstream group called the Moorish Science Temple that is a religion started back in the 1920s. The Moorish sov cit group is a much smaller offshoot and from what I have read they didn't really become a thing till the 1990s. They have been completely disavowed by the mainstream church. They use Moorish Science teaching and mix it with sov cit stuff and make ID cards and all kinds of ridiculous claims. They say that "soon" they will be able to order people out of their houses and they have to comply. Calmly waiting for that to happen.
