Shows not enabled on mine as well. This PC more or less seems to perform very well.

Not enabled for me, I am typing this on a Intel 10th gen CPU too so it would effect me the worst. Still on the fence about upgrading this year. 3 years seems like a healthy interval.

DDR5 might still be evolving so much that it would either pay to wait, or to do a good amount of research into what motherboards would be the best performing and easiest to work with.
If you were thinking of getting more than just two sticks of 16 GB each RAM, then you might be in for sticker shot when shopping for the good stuff.
Though you could stick with DDR4 if using the still excellent AMD CPUs of 2022, or the Intel mobos that still catered to DDR4 with 13th Gen Intel chips. If you planned on no CPU upgrades with your new mobo, then that's a viable choice imo, especially if you had a lot of high quality DDR4 RAM.
Does your current mobo support a newer generation of Intel CPU? That might be the best bet if it does, and you can get one that is good bang for the buck.

I'm on a laptop. Either I would get a new laptop, or build a desktop. I've been laptop only since 2010.
