Seeing as how they skipped right over the normal laws, procedures, and duration that all clinical trials were supposed to adhere to and they attempted to implement coercive mandates by shady means (arrogantly and irresponsibly attempting to bypass the relevant branches of govt, that should've been involved, on top of it), I think a strong case could be made that this applies.. shhh.. shhh...

Even if you haven't picked up on the use of coercion to break peoples' will as a red flag, the fact that you can't sue anybody (in the cases of adverse effects from the vax) should be telling. The individual is made responsible for any outcome, even when coerced to act against his/her own will. That's fucked up no matter how you slice it.
As you can see, deflecting the responsibility of consent and any adverse outcomes back to the individual, especially when the individual never freely gave their consent (without being coerced) is a clear violation of the The Nuremberg Code. This code was written to counter the human rights violations the Nazis did back in WWII and prevent it from happening again. But, of course, humans fail to remember history and repeat the same shit over & over.

Why do the masses embrace tyranny...what's the point in living...you're worse off than a NPC in a video game... It's something Ben Franklin warned us about. When people choose safety & security over freedom & choice, they deserve neither.. imo, the problem with choosing safety & security is that they're relying on others to provide it. In this case, highly corrupt politicians that are in the process of bankrupting us. Trusting such ppl, who show little to no integrity and making money off their positions of power, to act in good faith and follow through with their promises. Yet, what did we see in 2020? Cities burning across the country, CHAZ (autonomous zones/anarchy) and the "defund the police" movement. The opposite of security quite honestly.

People have been required to get vaccines to go to school, college, or join the military for decades. That isn't tyranny. Neither are seatbelt laws but plenty of people bitched they were when they passed.

Seat belts are common sense. Also, driving isn't a fundamental right. Healthcare choices ("my body, my choice", etc) supposedly were. Prior vaccine mandates were for people attending or part of govt institutions (public schools, military, govt employees). As well, parents had the right to claim religious exemptions from vaccine mandates related to public schools. People joining the military are adults and free to give consent (or don't join). Nobody forced them to join. Under Biden mandates, you're supposed to get the vax or lose your job & starve to death.
Vaccines are great and all. However, the covid vax was rushed out and skipped normal clinical trials. Another fact, not widely known (because the media is biased, like it or not), is that Congress and all their families were to be exempt from Biden's vaccine mandates. None of you find that and the FDA wanting a court order to hide vaccine data from the public for 75 years odd in even the slightest?
The Nuremberg code clearly specifies that data about the research/study must be made available to participants as requirement for obtaining their consent.

Seat belts are common sense. So are vaccines. We agree to disagree on the covid vax then. I say it's not common sense when they haven't completed the clinical trials and we're human test subjects. With the in-progress clinical trial data being withheld from public scrutiny by court order, there was never any consent given. This is spelled out plain as day in the Nuremberg Code. Of course, mandates completely disregard consent, so the Nuremberg Code wasn't even considered by Biden or other politicians pushing for it. When you enact policy that mimics the Nazis and sweep human rights under the rug, then I say that's the definition of tyranny.

Does the political left think that only tech giants have the right to censor and ban people for saying & doing things they don't approve of? Why do grocery store chains not have the same right? news.yahoo.com/whole-foods-says-first-amendment-125430950.htmlLet's be honest. Embracing the idea that corporations should have rights equal or greater than individuals, whether it favors your personal politics or not, was a mistake from the start. lol

Saying the government is mimicking the Nazis is strong words, yet you got the vax when your job required it. Why? Its the great resignation, worker shortages everywhere. People are quitting left and right. If you feel that strongly about it why not quit and get a full remote job that doesn't require the vax?

People are quitting left and right. If you feel that strongly about it why not quit and get a full remote job that doesn't require the vax? I thought about quitting, but circumstances.. I am a remote worker (until the pandemic ends, at least). My job per se didn't require it. At the time, they were gearing up and planning to comply with the Biden mandates (before they realized that it was going to the SCOTUS). The vaccine mandates weren't going to make any exceptions for remote workers. Not sure where you got that from. There were no social safety nets planned for people refusing to vax. Why would there be? The vaccine mandates weren't designed to put more people on welfare. They were designed from the ground up to cause financial & economic harm to the unvaccinated. Although, my employer wasn't fair about it either. They gave me one week notice to get vax'd or get fired. If I had waited two days, I would've seen another email from my employer about them reversing their decision (as soon as they realized it was going to SCOTUS).. But had I waited (not knowing yet they would reverse their decision), that would've left me with only a day remaining to comply. Basically, one week isn't enough time to find another job and I was under pressure to make a quick decision. What's worse, imo, the termination warning notice was done by phone call. No email or recorded proof makes it look like they were covering their asses, in hopes to not get sued by employees. Employers' lack of loyalty and unflinching at the thought of firing employees at a moment's notice only solidifies my attitude that I should show no loyalty in return, so I'm still thinking about my next career move.

The whole point of the first Civil War was that the backbone of the southern economy was slavery. The North had a much higher population then the South so it was a doomed to fail war. What are the battle lines of a 2nd Civil War? Rural vs Urban? People have been moving to more urban areas for decades so I don't think the rural areas have the population to attack the cities. Who will the targets be? Colleges so they can shoot some SJWs?(do the right still use that term all the time I am out of the loop).
If trucks stop rolling into rural Walmarts then everywhere out there will starve really quick.

Literally nothing said during his entire video advocates Civil War. Any option would be better than Civil War, even if that meant splitting the U.S. and drawing new borders. The video I posted was more of a 'get out while you can' type of message and not taking sides. I agree with that sentiment. If Americans want to be at each others' throats, while there's much bigger fish to fry (greater threats, like China/Russia), then it's best to avoid and watch it burn from a safe distance. I agree that the (mostly rural) right couldn't fight a traditional war against the left. But I don't think they're quite that dumb. Obviously, they'd use hit & run tactics because that would be their only viable strategy. Cities are susceptible to hit & run tactics because everything's centralized, with multiple points of attack even at fair distances from the cities - power grid stations, water supply, etc. It'd be much harder to inflict significant damage to vast & sparsely populated areas. It's a big reason we failed in Afghanistan. The enemy didn't group into large armies for us to conveniently take them out. This type of war is long & drawn out, a battle of wills.

A Civil War in the US would greatly benefit Russia/China and people have already traced propaganda amping culture war nonsense back to Russian troll farms. I'm not sure where you would even draw new borders and what issues would be fought over. From what I have seen on various right wing sites one of the the things that gets them most angry is LGBT issues. More specifically opposition to gay men and male to female transgender. Last I checked like 2% are gay men and far less then 1% are mtf trans, Civil Wars are nasty bloody affairs. People in rural areas are willing to lose friends and family to exterminate LGBT people? Since new LGBT people are born everyday what is the plan? To run Nazi style death camps that never close down? Opposition to abortion is another issue. So in rural areas abortion is now banned. That is a lot of unwanted babies to care for in areas that don't have much heavy industry or economy at all.

CCP's TikTok was designed to melt the minds of America's youth. By the time the next generation are adults, in 10-20 years, you'll see more morons than ever running around, saying and doing stupid shit, not willing to work or contribute to society. This country is screwed if our leaders (assuming they aren't paid off and in on it) don't take China's information warfare more seriously. www.oberlo.com/blog/tiktok-statistics#:~:text=Here%E2%80%99s%20a%20summary%20of%20the%20TikTok%20statistics%20you,million%20videos%20viewed%20every%20day%20in%20a%20year. I've heard they're developing their own version of a metaverse too (to compete with Zuck's metaverse) and spread their filthy propaganda. I don't hear much about the LGBT hate you speak of, maybe because this place and Youtube are the only sites I visit routinely. Not sure that's enough to trigger a Civil War tho, because I've never met a person like that (so consumed with hate that they'd kill over someone else's sex preference). imo. I think other potential issues like 2A (a complete ban of gun ownership) and/or mandated biochip implants, social credit scores (especially combined with being chipped), greater economic decline (where, not just TP, but necessities like food become scarce) could trigger a Civil War. At the end of the day, the most likely cause would be continued economic decline, leading to food & water scarcity. When peoples' survival is on the line, they become highly motivated to fight.

Where was abortion banned in the US? I would question that because the U.S. isn't contributing much to the world's population growth, as far as birth rates. www.census.gov/popclock/Oh noes, we've had positive growth rates for the past few years at 0.090%. This must stop and go back to negatives of previous years or we're doomed! www.macrotrends.net/countries/USA/united-states/birth-rateImmigration is another story though. Our overall population growth is actually pretty strong because we allow more immigration than any other nation on earth. I believe it's more than double the immigration of the next country that's big on immigration, Germany.

I am out of the loop with a lot of right wing sites in 2022 but going back as far as when Prop 8 was heating up in California articles about anti-LGBT stuff have been all over those sites and get more comments then just about any other article. When gay marriage was passed in 2015 Christianity Today turned their whole website into an article from every single employee talking about how they oppose gay marriage(Then in 2019 Donald Trump tried to cancel them for running an opinion that he was unfit for office calling it a "liberal rag". They got more comments on their Facebook then any other article in their history and naturally the good Christians who follow Donald were calling for the editors of the magazine to be executed for daring to oppose Trump lol) The Catholicism subreddit is pretty notorious for being very right wing I haven't looked at it in a while. I just loaded it up and the 3rd thread down is anti-gay: www.reddit.com/r/Catholicism/comments/s6q95n/is_the_fact_only_44_of_american_catholics_belive/One of the Mormon church leaders had a lot of backlash for saying they need to direct "Musket fire" at LGBT rights, the articles on their news website were an explosion. The last time I checked 4chan's /pol/ board the top two threads were people bitching about Trans/LGBT stuff. 4chan is notoriously obsessed with the topic.
