The Algerian boxer controversy reminded me of this today. Many women refused to fight Cris Cyborg because she had taken soooo many steroids its like "fighting a man". This happened in Brazil and then a woman in the UFC quit the UFC and abandoned her championship rather then fight Cyborg.
Amanda Nunes is considered the greatest female fighter of all time, she said she was going to knock Cyborg out, steroids or no.

She was more focused and won the debate, imo. Trump wants the win so badly that he's hops from topic to topic too often and evokes fear (real or imagined) to try & scare ppl to his side. His debate style is a bit too Hitleresque for mainstream Americans. I'm not saying he's literally as bad as Hitler in every way, but he's certainly calling on similar debate/speech tactics by his use of fearmongering. |
