I'd say most ppl aren't intelligent enough to actually make the big decisions (economic, geopolitical, etc), so they resort to name calling to justify their oversimplified view of the world and how situations should be handled. lol If the same solutions apply always regardless of circumstances (they don't), ppl like those in the Idiocracy movie could run a country and economy (they can't). For instance, the cycle the economy is currently under doesn't call for certain policies (like increased spending & money supply) that would further exacerbate the existing problem. Under different circumstances, increased govt spending might be ok. |

It is mostly about what people want because on these issues, morality and rights aren't objective. Rather, it's open to interpretation and based on peoples' feelz. In the case of abortion, even the left's own guiding principles are situational based and not always objectively true in their own minds. For example, the argument that a fetus is not human life doesn't always hold true in their own minds because it's ruled double homicide when a murderer kills a pregnant woman. How can it be double homicide if the fetus isn't alive in the first place? Also, the left threw the argument of body autonomy (my body, my choice) out the window with the (experimental) vaccine mandates. |

How long can EU leaders hold out before crawling back to Russia and pleading for more oil & gas? We pretty much know for certain that Biden isn't going to come through for you on the impending energy crisis as he's outright stated that we must accept the high gas prices and proxy/Ukraine war as long-term. That's obvious code for the US has no plans to ramp up oil & gas production, not even to help with an energy crisis. Let's hope the coming winter is a mild one.

No sanctions on Russian weapons manufacturers. It's almost like the west wants to prolong the war. Could it be that this policy allows greater sales/wealth transfer to the west's military industrial complex? ..just another scam against the working class, since our governments ultimately tax the working class in order to pay the weapons manufacturers to make more weapons for these proxy wars.
