I saw but I skipped the whole VR thing, I keep waiting for something really next gen to come out. Looks like John Carmack was so frustrated by the lack of progress at Occulus he stepped down from being CTO.

"Way to limit your audience", is the first thing that popped in my head. I'm sure it'll be good, for a VR game, but who's gonna make the effort? Unless you release it for the PS4, what's the size of the audience going to be?

It seems like the newer games built for PC and ported over to PS4, don't perform well (on the PS4). imo, the PS4 is showing its age. PS4 Pro GPU and RAM specs show that it's roughly 40% weaker (37% less GPU power and 50% less RAM) than the minimum PC requirements for the new Half-Life game. www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/playstation-4-pro-gpu.c2876PS5 release date is rumored to be November 2020. They'll probably release PSVR 2 the following spring/summer of 2021 to prevent customers from feeling sticker shock ($500-600 for the PS5 and probably another $300-400 for the PSVR 2).

I am pretty sure this will be a good game, although I am not really willing to spend $$$ for a VR setup. None the less, I think this is a good sign. Now Half-Life 3 doesn't seem as far fetched anymore.
