www.pcgamer.com/hardocp-is-getting-mothballed-as-kyle-bennett-leaves-to-join-intel/I was a pretty big HardOCP fan from like what 1999-2004ish? However success totally went to their head and they started making some really asinine decisions. Benchmarking cards against each other running at different resolutions and settings. Bleh. Also the forum turned crazy toxic really quick. I haven't been a regularly visitor in 10-15 years. Still end of an era.

Honestly, I forgot that site existed (a long while ago).
Nice to see Intel giving him a cush job. I guess they think he has a pretty stellar resume keeping a site like that up for so many years, despite allowing or encouraging the shill reviews. He admits he's not proud of the business he's leaving. The site was probably still generating $'s up 'til the end tho, and that's mostly what a big company like Intel cares about.

I read just today that Intel is starting to promote their upcoming graphics card. They had mockups of its design (blower cooler). I'm guessing he'd be perfect for demonstrating how it games.
