One thing I don't care for is having to scroll all the way down every time to see the most recent post/s.
When you click on a thread title, it directs you to the first page showing the very oldest posts, then you have to click on the last page number and scroll to the bottom. Ok, I see that you can click the page number directly and bypass clicking the title. But still, page numbers are tiny and you have to scroll to the bottom to see recent posts regardless.
At any rate, I think sorting datetime in descending order would clear that right up.

Was reminiscing about old tyme internets the other day and did an SCMB search which led me here. Reading the thread I realized I found this place awhile ago, registered and, much like Towlie, just kinda wandered off.
So many familiar names from the past and associated personalities. My favorite part of the internet evolution was hanging out with you peeps while "working" hard, very hard, like a COMPANYMAN! would.
As a catch-up, still living the dream in rural West Virginia, kids are all in their 20's now, working and/or going to college. My gig finally came to an end back in '14, the last 10 years of which was a study in business atrophy. Landed on my feet though. Had to reroll and was always a PC guy so got some certs (A+ and Network+)applied where I could and landed full-time with the State. Tier 2 IT support. It's a job, but certainly isn't work. Heh, finally getting paid to do shit I enjoy. Couldn't have worked out better.
Gonna finish reading this thread...

I had a really good job but last year decided to quit, pack up all my stuff and drive across the country with no job and nothing but my savings to carry me. lol on Youtube, I watched the clip from that Jackass movie where they were pranking eachother by sneaking up with clippers and shaving off spots of hair, but the title was in Spanish. Just now I saw an ad on here for haircare products, in Spanish. *edit* Now seeing ads for Mexican food after searching for Mexican restaurants near me. I think I'm gonna turn my ad blockers back on.
*edit* Looks like one of the updates for Firefox might've defaulted the "Do not track" option, could be why. I put that option back on and deleted cookies, then turned adblockers off again for this site, now it's showing just general things about social distancing and public safety stuff. Sometimes the ad banners are even blank, but it's not showing me that message to turn off adblocker at the bottom anymore. Oh well.
I don't mind ads but I don't like targeted advertising. Malwarebytes Browser Guard might be what broke the ad banners on this site, that app doesn't play around.
