I dunno if they're targeted/different for other users but fuck me, they're actually kind of relevant for me... I've seen 'Vinyl Me Please' and of all things, a sound mixer that I actually own (never posted about it) - I don't buy things online myself but fair play, at least it's not stuff I would NEVER consider purchasing/engaging with.

Fuck me, after posting the above the first ad I see is for 'Dry Eyes' - I just had to go out and buy some Optrex earlier because my left-eye is giving me gyp... Spooky!

You probably googled any of those things recently, that's where it gets its info from. But does this mean you don't use adblock? Oh wait, you're on your phone most likely. I don't think I could get used to that again, seeing ads everywhere now that I've been without them for so long.

There's one thin banner at the top of the page and a slightly thicker one if you scroll alllllllll the way down to the bottom of the page, which you never need to do. Both at this time advertising Forums.net & not garish in any way.

I haven't seen many ads relevant to me on here but I use an adblocker on most websites, this site is one of the few that I have it disabled for.
I would turn it off completely and support ad revenue, but those clickbait fake news articles at the bottom of most every news website is the reason I leave it on.
*edit* I just saw an ad for Marriott Hotels and before that, one for Mazda. Neither of those are relevant to me.
