Not the best artwork wise but it's in very good condition... I'm thinking I might read it and then try and flip it through Amazon.
Interesting find. Never got into the TV show myself but I love the movie. Recently I finished Divinity II from Valiant Entertainment. This series has been amazing so far! I've just finished the second and just in time as Divinity III just started up. The character is like Dr. Manhattan but with a Russian background. He also crosses paths with a lot of heroes from the Valiant Universe. Here's a nice synopsis from Valiant:
"At the height of the Cold War, the Soviet Union – determined to win the Space Race at any cost – green lit a dangerously advanced mission. They sent a man farther into the cosmos than anyone has gone before or since. Lost in the stars, he encountered something unknown. Something that…changed him. Long thought lost and erased from the history books, he has suddenly returned, crash-landing in the Australian Outback. The few that have been able to reach him believe him to be a deity -– one who turned the scorched desert into a lush oasis. They say he can bend matter, space, and even time to his will. Earth is about to meet a new god. And he’s a communist. How long can it be before the first confrontation between mankind and DIVINITY begins?"
TWD is deffo a good read but I don't think I'll bother with the TV series.
I found some sweet 'Aliens' books in another charity shop the other day, Dark Horse and Titan Books - after 'Alien 3' was released the original Dark Horse 'Book One' got republished as 'Outbreak' by Titan having been coloured and aligned with movie canon - Hicks & Newt's names are changed to Wilks & Billie.
One of the books (Stronghold) features an idea that I'd never thought of before and would love to see in a movie...
BT: I guess I came to the wrong place for those...

Cop: I asked a Chinese girl for her number. She said, "Sex! Sex! Sex! Free sex tonight!" I said, "Wow!" Then her friend said, "She means 666-3629."

Zombie: So did you get the free sex?

Ronhel: We all want to know??

Cop: There is no such thing as free sex.

sj: Not true for all men, such as the actor who plays Thor (Hemsworth?). Last time I went to a movie, the Thor trailer was playing and the girls sitting one row over were having a conversation about him.

Ronhel: They talked about him so that was free sex? Damn I'm missing something here.
Oct 29, 2017 17:39:43 GMT
sj: Sure, they talked about how sexy they think he is - about his arms, etc. Seems to common regarding famous Actors, singers, sports pros, etc. Don't think good looks are required tho - they seem to throw themselves at men who they perceive as alpha males.

sj: Ironically, Hemsworth (or his character) talks about this topic (women throwing themselves at him) in one of the movies (Rush) he starred in.

Cop: Harvey Weinstein is currently paying for all that supposedly free sex he got in the '90s. Spacey's too. Like I said, no such thing as free sex.

sj: Certainly, if a man messes around too much with many women and especially if he abuses his position, it'll probably come back to bite him. I never meant to say or imply that there are some men who can do anything they want.
